BOOKING + DESIGN PROCESS

The process is incredibly exciting but I understand it can also be very overwhelming, especially knowing where to start, which is why I will take you through every step of the process to creating your dream stationery.

01.

BROWSE + QUOTE

Choose your favourite design then fill out my enquiry form to receive a tailored quote.

All quotes are tailored to your individual requirements to suit your budget, design and printing needs. Based on all the information I have gathered from you I will send you a detailed cost estimate and an outline timeline for completion.

Getting as much information about your stationery vision, budget and wedding is crucial and I understand this can be a little overwhelming, therefore I also offer zoom or phone consultations where we can chat through all the details.

02.

BOOKING + PAYMENT

Once you’re happy to proceed and we have agreed the cost estimate a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and before the creative process can begin.

You will receive an invoice with payment details along with terms and conditions.

A customisation form will also be supplied for you to fill out to provide all the information I will need to get started.

03.

DESIGN + PROOF

Once we have agreed a design and received your completed customisation form, you can expect to receive your first emailed proof within 48 hours.

Two rounds of amends are offered after the first proof has been issued to you. If you decide you want to change the design to another once you have received your first proof re-design charges will apply, so please choose carefully.

Proof reading is the clients responsibility therefore you will need to check all information thoroughly before approving. Once you do approve your proof, no further changes are permitted as pre-press work begins immediately.

04.

PRINT + PRODUCTION

Before print and production can begin your final balance will be due, this will be detailed on your original invoice.

Printing for invitation suites will take about 2 weeks depending on the print type.

For all on-the-day stationery and signage, printing takes between 2-3 weeks. And will be delivered 4 weeks prior to your event date.

Key schedule dates will be outlined to you at the time of booking.

05.

DELIVERY

Once your order has been printed, everything is personally checked, counted and packed by hand.

I will then be in touch to confirm a delivery date that suits you. All deliveries will be sent out via DPD on a signed for service to your specified delivery address.
